I'm Carrie Poe
I offer you my hand as you follow the pathways of your heart home. In a world where constant input and the noise of modern life drowns out our deepest knowing, I stand as your guide back to the wisdom that already lives within you.
Your Path
It's loud out there in the world. The subtle whispers of your body, your guides, and the natural world around us get lost in the chaos of modern life. Yet it's precisely in these whispers that we find our unique path to the love, purpose and belonging meant for each of us.
This journey of softening isn't about reaching a predetermined destination. Your path is as unique as your soul, and I honor that sacred uniqueness in every step we take together.
My Journey
I have lived many lives within this one life. I’ve dabbled in hospitality, academia, Spanish language, marketing and sales. I’ve been a delinquent high school student, a college prodigy, a single parent barely making ends meet, a stay at home mom, a busy traveling professional with a full time nanny, and so many others.
I was in my thirties when I began my formal shamanic training. It was an affirmation of who I have always been, and it brought clarity and consciousness to my deepest fears and desires. I had always been weaving with Spirit in my life- I just didn’t have the language to describe it.
My path is of the new world by way of remembrance of ancestral wisdom and practices, blessed with a good amount of fairy dust. It is a path that reveals the mundane to be miraculous, with gifts and treasure hidden in plain sight for those with the eyes to see.
Anywhere is a good place to start on this path. No matter where you are, I will meet you there if you long to find your way. I will bring practical understanding of 3D world dynamics, my loving heart, the womb eye wisdom of the crone and a dash of magic here and there to ease the way.
My Medicine
My medicine flows from two ancient rivers:
- The red river of my blood ancestry. The wisdom of my ancestors- mostly of Irish, English and Black Forest descent and my lived experience as mother, sister, lover and midwife of consciousness. My embodiment is my medicine.
- The white river of my ancestors of tradition. The milk lines of nourishment from spiritual mothers who have taught, tended and accompanied me on my path. My lineage is my medicine.

I carry both the grounded presence of earth's wisdom and the ethereal light of Sophia’s song. Through my own journey of healing and becoming, I’ve learned to trust these twin currents of support and transformation.
